I am an educator, consultant, busy mom, and author with over 20 years of experience as a teacher and administrator. I currently teach online courses in education, art history, and humanities at the college level, art appreciation and AP Art History online at the high school level, serve on the Advisory Boards for A+UP (new middle school in Houston Museum District) and the SXSWedu Conference, serve as Technology Committee Chair for the PTO at my kids' school, and I am the author of Wikis for School Leaders (Eye on Education, 2011). As an educator who enjoys sharing and learning with colleagues, I began exploring the use of blogging as a tool for connecting and collaborating with others in March of 2006 when I launched the Change Agency blog. Over the past six years I have explored the use of social media to develop a Personal Learning Network of hundreds of other connected educators who share my curiosity and passion for learning.
